· Delivery Areas: -
o International Shipping: We currently ship orders within Egypt. International shipping will be available soon.
o Domestic Zones in Egypt:
§ Zone 1: Cairo and Giza.
§ Zone 2: Alexandria.
§ Zone 3 q- Delta: Al Sharqia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr El‑Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia.
§ Zone 4 - Canal: Ismailia, Port Said, Suez.
§ Zone 5 - Upper Egypt and Red Sea: Aswan, Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Luxor, Minya, Qena, Sohag, Red Sea.
§ Zone 6 - Matrouh, Sinai and New Valley: Matrouh, North Sinai, South Sinai, New Valley.
· Delivery Timeframes: -
o Zone 1 - Cairo and Giza: 2–3 working days
o Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Alex, Delta and Canal Cities: 3–4 working days.
o Zone 5 - Upper Egypt and Red Sea: 4–5 working days.
o Zone 6 - Matrouh, Sinai and New Valley: 5–6 working days.
· The Logistics Operations Non-Working Days: -
o Non-working days are Friday, Saturday, and all official public holidays.
o These days apply only to logistics operations.
· Shipping Costs: -
o Flat‑Rate Shipping (calculated at checkout):
§ Zone 1 - Cairo and Giza: 55 L.E.
§ Zone 2 - Alexandria: 65 L.E.
§ Zone 3 - Al Sharqia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr El‑Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia: 60 L.E.
§ Zone 4 - Ismailia, Port Said, Suez: 65 L.E.
§ Zone 5 - Aswan, Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Luxor, Minya, Qena, Sohag, Red Sea: 85 L.E.
§ Zone 6 - Matrouh, North Sinai, South Sinai, New Valley: 90 L.E.
o Size Exchange: Customers are entitled to one free size exchange per order.
o Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases of wrong items or faulty products, where the store will cover the return fees.
· Tracking & Notifications: -
o Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once their order has been shipped.
· Wrong Address: -
o Customers must enter a valid delivery address at checkout.
o Providing incorrect address information is the customer’s responsibility, including any additional shipping fees that may apply.
· Third‑Party Shipping Services: -
o All shipping and delivery services are handled by third‑party logistics companies. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries, certain areas may be classified by these companies as out of coverage or unsafe for delivery. In such cases, delivery may be delayed, redirected, or canceled based on the courier’s operational policies.
· Shipping Fees & Rate Changes: -
o Shipping fees are determined by our third‑party logistics partners and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in shipping rates are beyond our control and may occur due to operational costs, delivery zones, or courier policy updates. The applicable shipping fee will always be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
