1.   What is The Exchange & Return Period?

·        For eligible items, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order for a smooth and hassle-free process.

 

2.  What Are the Eligibility Conditions for Product Exchange and Return?

·        Item(s) must be in its original new condition, unused, and have the original tags attached.

·        Item(s) should be in the original brand box or packaging.

·        An Exchange for another size, Return, or both are available only once per order.

·        If you want to proceed with both exchange item(s) and return other(s), you should state it clearly in the Exchange & Return Request Form. This type of request is only accepted for items that are within the same order.

 

3.  What are the types of Exchanges we offer?

·        Sizing Exchanges: We offer a size exchange, with free shipping, only within the same product model and color.

 

·        For other Exchanges: You can simply request a return then reorder the item you want.

 

4.  How to Submit an “Exchange & Return Request” form?

·        You will find the "Exchange & Return Request" form link in the main menu or in the footer of any of our website pages.

·        Write your full name, Email address (that used in the order’s checkout), and order number (found on the invoice),

·         Then choose what you want to do from the “Request Type”: (1. Exchange for another size) or (2. Return) or (3. Exchange for another size and Return).

·        Choose the “Refund Type” you prefer (in cases of returns). There are two types: 1. Refund to the original payment method – 2. Refund as Store Credit (ideal for reordering other items).

·        “Item(s) to Return/Exchange” field: For (Exchange for another size), (Return), or (Exchange for another size and Return) you will need to state clearly which item(s) you want exchange and for which size and/or which item(s) you want to return.

For example:

o   Exchange the Front Pleated Cotton Sweatpants Dark Gray size M with size L.

o   Return the Button up Cotton Jacket Navy Blue size M.

 

·        Make sure that the information stated on your Exchange & Return Request Form are clear. Arabic or English languages are accepted on the Exchange & Return Request Form.

·        Make sure that the Exchanging or/and Returning item(s) are meeting the eligible period and conditions.

 

5.  How are the process works?

·        After submitting the “Exchange & Return Request” form.

·        A date will arrange for the item(s) pick up and sending to our warehouse for inspection and approving exchange or/and return request, based on the item(s) eligibility conditions.

·        Once the Exchange & Return Request approved either the new items will send to you or/and you will get refunded as per requested on the “Refund Type” field. (Cash On Delivery payments refunded only as Store Credit)

·        If your "Exchange & Return Request" is rejected due to issues with the eligibility of the item(s), the item(s) will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all the relevant shipping charges.

 

6.  The Refund Process:

·        All refunds are processed from our side directly after the “Return Request” get approved.

·        Refunds are processed as per requested on the “Exchange & Return Request” form either (Refund to the original payment method) or ( Refund as Store Credit)

·         Refund to the original payment method:

o   Debit & Credit Card Payments: Refunds are processed directly from our end to your bank. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

o   Cash on Delivery Payments: Refunds are credited directly to your Store Credit.

 

7.   What is the Arrumado store credit?

·        Store credit is a balance added to your account that you can use for future purchases.

·        The Store Credit works like a gift card that's automatically applied at checkout.

·        You can use store credit to pay for all or part of your next order.

·        Store credit never expires and remains in your account until you use it.

·        You can check your store credit balance anytime by logging into your account.

 

8.  Shipping Fees:

·        Shipping fees are non-refundable.

·        We offer a free shipping size exchange within the same product model and color.

·        For the return requests and the rejected exchange & return requests: Customers are responsible for the related shipping fees.

·        Shipping fees for rejected exchange and return requests are 2× the regular shipping fees.

 

9.  Faulty Item(s):

·        If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or a full refund – depending on your preference – within 30 days of receiving your order.

If, after inspection by our expert team, the product is found to be free of manufacturing defects, it will be shipped back, with your responsibility for all related shipping fees.
